Training program:

At the beginning of each year, each department of the company should be request training demands based on business requirements, and the human resources department will formulate the training plan according to the training needs of each department, the plan will be implemented with the approval of the leadership of the organization who is in charge of it.

Training form:

The company will carry out a comprehensive training mainly by self-study. We will develop specialized training, organize to learn process system, business knowledge and related knowledge to implement the training rate of employee reaches100%. B、掌握钳工、机械加工(含数控加工)技术、电工技术及电气控制技术等方面的基本知识,具备机电一体化设备的安装、调试、操作、维护和维修等实践能力的高素质人才; C、能够掌握机、电、计算机等方面的基础知识和必备技能。
